Prayer is the means by which we invite the possibilities of heaven to influence the realities of earth. It is how we connect the invisible to the visible, solutions to problems, and ourselves to God.
Prayer changes things outside of us and inside of us. Whether we pray by ourselves or together alongside others, prayer should be an integral part of how we celebrate who God is and what He's done, how we connect with God and other believers, and how we care for our hurting world. Prayer is the beginning and the end of all God accomplishes within us and around us. The best part of prayer is that it is not dependent on the fervency of our words, but on the faithfulness of our God!
