About the Event
Family Matters is a real, grace-filled conversation about the families we’re born into, the families we choose, and the family God is forming in Christ. Through an interview-style series, we explore marriage, motherhood, estrangement, singleness, and adoption—not as idealized categories, but as lived realities. From a candid look at healthy marriage, to honoring mothers who are pressing forward, to naming the pain of broken relationships and discovering God as our ultimate Father, this series creates space for honesty, healing, and hope. We’ll challenge the assumption that family only looks one way, wrestle with what it means when things feel unresolved, and celebrate adoption as a powerful picture of what happens within the body of Christ—where identity shifts, inheritance is given, and everything changes. Family Matters because every story matters, and every person has a place in God’s family.
