Join us in our relief efforts for those affected by Hurricanes Helene and Milton.

Hurricane Helene devastated communities in North Carolina, Georgia, and Tennessee with tornadoes, landslides, and catastrophic floods. Then, on October 10th, Hurricane Milton struck, leaving behind a massive trail of destruction on Florida's Gulf Coast. Millions in these southern states were left without power, water, phone or internet service. Hundreds of roads were destroyed, greatly hampering relief efforts in many areas.

Even though we are many miles away, there are several ways we can help with relief and restoration for those impacted by these storms. 

WAYS TO HELP:
Pray - Pray for those who have lost loved ones, for those facing loss of homes and livelihoods. Pray for the recovery ahead, for those who are most vulnerable after the storms, and those responding to the needs around them.
Give - We are collecting funds for relief and restoration efforts in the devastated communities. GIVE HERE by selecting 'FVCN Disaster Relief Funds' from the drop down menu.
Donation Drive - We will be collecting relief items to be taken to a disaster relief distribution center in Ashville, NC. on November 15th. Please see the attached list of items to donate.
Volunteer - Sign up to volunteer to sort donated items on November 13th & 14th, OR volunteer to help transport the items on November 15th.

We are in the process of assembling a team of volunteers to help with clean-up and restoration in devastated areas in January 2025. Please contact Pastor Keila Molina if you want to be a part of the relief team!
